Micheal is a native of Carrollton, Georgia and is a 1986 graduate of West Georgia College where he earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in accounting.    Â

He is a Certified Public Accountant and has practiced accounting and tax preparation for the past 35+ years. He has 33+ years of corporate accounting experience having worked at Georgia-Pacific, Maxell, CR Bard, BellSouth/AT&T and Meeting Expectations/Etherio. He has significant experience with Individual, Corporate and Non-Profit Taxes.
